With Final Fantasy XIV patch 7.11, you will now be able to boot up Dawntrail’s much-anticipated Futures Rewritten Ultimate Raid. This is the sixth Ultimate raid that has made its way to the MMO and does take the difficulty up several notches over its predecessors.
Futures Rewritten Ultimate features some buffed-up mechanics, and the pains that you take in completing the raid are worth it as it will help you get your hands on Ultimate Edenmorn Weapons.
These armaments are something to work towards, however, there are some strict conditions you will need to follow in unlocking the raid itself. So if you are looking to try out Futures Rewritten Ultimate in Final Fantasy XIV, here is what you will need to do.
How to unlock Futures Rewritten Ultimate in Final Fantasy XIV

To access the Futures Rewritten Ultimate Raid in Final Fantasy XIV you will need to complete the Arcadion Savage Raid, or more specifically, the AAC Light-heavyweight M4 Savage (M4S) encounter. This means that you will also need to complete the normal difficulty of the AAC Light-heavyweight M4.
So to unlock Futures Rewritten Ultimate you have to go through all four normal raid encounters in Dawntrail and then all four of their Savage variants.
Once you have completed Arcadion Savage, head over to Tuliyollal and find the Wandering Minstrel (X:11.1 Y:14.6). Interact with the NPC to get access to Futures Rewritten Ultimate.
Future Rewritten Ultimate party setup and other requirement

Final Fantasy XIV’s Future Rewritten Ultimate will need a party of 8 players to complete. It’s a level 100 raid so make sure they have the appropriate jobs for the task. Moreover, you will also need to dawn level 730-735 gear, so either the Dark Hose Champions or the Augmented Quetzalli sets will be able to help you out.
To augment your Quetzalli armor you will need to complete the First Walk Alliance Raid. Going through its various stages will help you net Ordelle Coins which you can then exchange for “Surgelight Twine” and “Surgelight Glaze”. Both of these will then help you augment each of your Quetzalli gear.
Moreover, do keep in mind that you will only be able to access the Futures Rewritten Ultimate through the Raid Finder and booted by a pre-made party of eight players.
Final Fantasy XIV Futures Rewritten Ultimate rewards: Ultimate Edenmorn Weapons

Once you complete the Futures Rewritten Ultimate Raid in Final Fantasy XIV you will obtain an Oracle Totem. You can then head over to Uah’shepya in Solution Nine (X:8.7 Y:13.5) and exchange this resource for any Ultimate Edenmorn Weapon of your choice.
However, right now, you will only be able to get one Oracle Totem per week. Fortunately, the restriction is expected to be removed a couple of weeks before FFXIV patch 7.2 goes live.
Ultimate Edenmorn Weapons are of level 735 and will carry stats similar to other weapons of that level as well but they will have three sockets to meld Materia into. Savage raid weapons only have two sockets, with Ultimate Edenmorn Weapons having three, you will get a marginal increase to your character’s strength.
