Reputation is one of the core aspects of your character’s growth in Verse Piece. It allows you to gain new grades and as a result, get your hands on some very unique accessories and titles.
While these items and accessories might not be of much use during the endgame grind, they are great to have when you are still progressing through the game and are yet to get your hands on a decent build.

How does Reputation work in Verse Piece
As mentioned, Reputation is a system that lets you grow your character’s notoriety in Verse Piece and obtain new Grades. When you gain a new Grade you get to unlock new accessories and titles which are unique and cannot be obtained in any other way.
Previously, your character’s Reputation was tied to the Bounty system where your Reputation showed how well you did in PvP. However, recent patches have added Grades to it and have also tied it to some of the PvE content in the game.
How to farm more Reputation in Verse Piece
Here are the three main ways by which you will be able to farm Reputation in Verse Piece:
1) Completing Missions
There are two types of missions that will let you collect Reputation:
Megumi Missions:
These missions are located in Frost Island and to boot them up you will need to speak to the Megumi NPC. The missions will be handed out to you at random but will usually contain the following objectives:
- Defeat Kashimo
- Clearing Cursed Spirits
- Rescue Civilians
- Close the Shadow Portal
- Collect Cursed Objects
- Finding the Goblet
Guexo Mundo Missions
You will find the Hueco Mundo Missions on the Beach Island, however, to start them you will need to at least level 2000 and have a Reputation of 2500 or above. Here are the missions that you can look forward to on the island:
- Closing Gate
- Clearing Mobs
- Finding Items
- Defeat the Ichigo Boss
2) Bounty Hunting
Another great way of earning more reputation is to go Bounty Hunting. All you will need to do is to go after players who have Reputation. You will be able to boot up a bounty Hunt by talking to the Bounty Hunter NPC on the Starter Island. He will then give you the target that you need to track down and kill on the map.
3) Trading Reputation
The final way of farming Reputation in verse Piece will be to trade it with another player. You can exchange valuable time-limited items to get your hands on additional Reputation.
How to increase Grades in Verse Piece
Once you have enough Reputation you will then be able to promote your Grade in Verse Piece by talking to the Promote Grade NPC in Jujutsu Island. Here are all the grades that you will get to achieve:
- Grade 4
- Grade 3
- Grade 2
- Grade 1
- Special Grade
Here are the unique items and titles that you will obtain by promoting your Grade:
- Sorceror Coat
- Sukuna’s Coat
- Gojo’s Coat
- Bounty Hunter (Title)
- Hero Rising (Title)
- Special Grade (Title)
It’s going to take you an incredibly long amount of time to reach Special Grade if you are just spamming the Hueco Mundo missions. Each mission offers 50 Reputation so you will have to boot up and complete around 15,000 missions to reach the ultimate grade in Verse Piece. Which will be close to around 80-100 hours.
