More on finding the materials. and its uses below.
How to get Rotein in Throne and Liberty

- Slaughter hordes of Blood Spiders, Lantern Spiders and Toxic Spiders to farm the item at a slow pace.
- Send off Amitoi to Field and Forest regions to farm the item passively via expeditions.
- The final method involves directly purchasing it from the Battle Pass, via Zenu’s Star Shop. A bundle of 10 Roteins can be purchased for 5 Star Crystals. A total of 500 such Rotein can be purchased in this manner.
It is generally not recommended to use Star Crystals to purchase Rotein, as these crystals are precious resources that are better used for other purposes.
How to get Fermented Rotein in Throne and Liberty
- Fermented Rotein can be farmed from Ant Nests within the Moonlight Desert and The Raging Wilds. While it can also be farmed from within places such as the Manawastes, the drop rates associated with the region are much worse in comparison.
- The second and more common method is to directly farm the ingredient by challenging the ‘Dungeons from the Dimensional Circle’ repeatedly. Progressing through the co-op mode usually drops anywhere between 5-10 Fermented Rotein.
- Alternatively, players can choose to send off Amitoi to expeditions in order to farm the item at much slower rates.
