As you go through the main narrative of Path of Exile 2 you will get your hands on a fair number of permanent stat bonuses as rewards. These bonuses include a boost to Spirit, resistance to damage types, and more.
While a good portion of these stats is obtained after beating a specific boss or mini-boss, others are rewarded for completing particular quests.

All stat-boosting quest rewards in Path of Exile 2 and how to get them
As mentioned, most of the stat boosts are obtained as a drop by slaying bosses and mini-bosses. While we have mentioned the names of the bosses below, we have not gone over their location as like most of the things on the map, the spawn locations of bosses are randomized and differ from instance to instance.
So we have only mentioned the boss, the quest, and the effect that the particular stat boost offers.

Stat boosting in Path of Exile 2 NG+ Cruel difficulty
Once you complete Act 3 in PoE 2, you will unlock the Cruel difficulty which is sort of like New Game +. You will now get to play the campaign all over again and unlock more stat boosts. Additionally, if you take down Ignagduk a second time in Cruel difficulty, you will receive +40 Spirit.
So if you are looking to have an easier time while progressing in Path of Exile 2, make sure you are making the most of these permanent stat boost systems.
