Get the OP Mechblade (Light) and Acid Bolts early in Beast of Reincarnation

Beast of Reincarnation has a very unique traversal mechanic that lets you explore almost everything on the map from the get-go.

So it’s pretty easy to get your hands on the powerful Mechblade and Acid Bolts for your crossbow as soon as you start exploring the first map.

How to get the Mechblade Light in Beast of Reincarnation

Mechblade (Light) Beast of Reincarnation

To get the Mechblade Light, you can start by heading left from the Village Surrounding fast travel point. Then cross the river and head up the waterfall. You will need to beat a couple of enemies along the way.

You will eventually come across a series of cliffs, with one of them having a rest point at the top, and the one right beside it has a Rusted Golem NPC near the cliff.

Interact with it, and it will reveal the location of the Mechblade on the map.

So just bee-line to the point of interest, and you will be met with a ruined tower that you will need to climb.

Beat the enemies on your way up, and you will soon find a rest point near the top. After that, you will need to fight an elite enemy who is guarding a tent. You can make the fight easier by sneaking up to it and doing a stealth attack, which will instantly shave off half of its HP.

And once it’s down, head inside the tent to find a Keeper Golem. Talk to it to reveal the location of the Acid Bolts manual.

Once you exhaust its dialogue, look to the right of the tent, and you will find the Mechblade (Light) there. It’s a pretty powerful weapon this early on in the game and is quite rewarding for those who are good with their parries.

How to get the Acid Bolts in Beast of Reincarnation

Acid Bolts Manual Beast of Reincarnation

The Keeper Golem will have revealed the location of the Acid Bolts manual after you have talked to it. It’s located to the left of the Village by the Bridge fast travel point.

Once you get there, fight the three archers on top, and then head to the location to find another elite enemy guarding a house. Once again, you can sneak up to it and use a stealth attack to get it down to 50% HP.

This makes the fight much more manageable, as Emma is pretty weak this early on.

And once you take it down, head into the building to get your hands on the Acid Bolts manual along with some Acid Bolts, which causes the corrosion status effect that Golems are weak to.
