The Journal of Jinzhou is one of the many side quests that you will encounter in Wuthering Waves. The task will be to talk to a couple of NPCs conversing with each other in Jinzhou and answer a few questions.
The quest is very short, however, you get a lot of free rewards for completing it. From Astrite to Medium Energy Core, to Shell Credits, there is a lot you will get for completing the mission.
Additionally, you will not need to answer these questions correctly to gain the rewards. Even if you fail, you will still get the items.

How to start the Journal of Jinzhou quest in Wuthering Waves
To start the mission you will need to find and interact with the two NPCs. You can find them you will need to teleport to the Resonance Beacon near the Souvenir Shop in the main city of Jinzhou.
Now travel northeast and you will find the two NPCs conversing with each other. One of them is a small “Girl” and the other is a Female Staff member from the Ministry of Development.
Talk to the Girl and after a brief conversation, you will unlock the Journal of Jinzhou quest in Wuthering Waves.
There are a couple of volumes to this questline, with Vol. 1 triggering right away, and Vol. 2 activating after you make some progress.
