Jinhsi is one of the upcoming characters that you will get to recruit in Wuthering Waves. The Jinzhou magistrate will be a part of the 1.1 version update, which is one of the most anticipated patches for the game this month.
The 1.1 update is a rather big one, and Jinhsi is not the only major highlight of the patch. She will also be accompanied by Changli later on along with a new dragon boss encounter, Sentinel Jue.

When is Jinhsi releasing in Wuthering Waves?
You will be able to play Jinhsi on June 27, 2024, with the Wuthering Waves patch 1.1 update. The new version will be called “Thaw of Eons” and along with Jinhsi’s character banner, there will be more rewards and missions introduced in the RPG.
How long will Jinhsi’s banner be live in Wuthering Waves?
Like Jiyan and Yinlin, Jinhsi will also have a limited-time character banner starting on June 27, 2024. It will be live for three weeks and end on July 17, 2024.
However, like most other characters, her banner will return at a later date, so if you fail to pull her during this period, you will get another chance later on. Just make sure to save up on your Astrite and Radiant Tides.
Jinhsi’s character description in Wuthering Waves
Jinhsi is the Magistrate of Jinzhou, and has the following character description:
“Being the Magistrate of Jinzhou, Jinhsi bears her noble and weighty share of duties. Through repeated ages, the Lament has preyed upon mankind’s vulnerable hope. Yet, grasping the nettle, she strives with all her might to forge a path toward tomorrow.”
Who voices Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves?

Jinhsi’s kit
- Basic Attack: Deals 4 strikes of Spectro Damage
- Resonance Skill: Dashes forward and deals consecutive Spectro Damage
- Resonance Liberation: Unleashes the Power of Heart to deal Spectro Damage and can be activated mid-air.
- Forte Circuit: Gains an Alternate State where her Resonance Skill, basic and heavy attacks get altered and deal more damage.
- You can use other characters to charge up her Forte meter.
