To upgrade the Skills that you have put on your Dagger you will need to get your hands on Skill Growth Books. There are a variety of these that you will come across and the blocks can be further divided into three tiers:

- Rare
- Epic
There are universal Active and Passive Skill Growth Books in Throne and Liberty which you can use as a material for every weapon in the game.
