How to improve relations with factions in Frostpunk 2
The only way to improve your relations with a faction in Frostpunk 2 is by making sure that they’re happy. To keep them happy, you need to take decisions and pass laws which fall in line with their world views.
Every faction believes in one of the six core values that are present in the game, with some believing in more than two at the same time. The values are mentioned below:
- Adaptation
- Progress
- Equality
- Merit
- Reason
- Tradition
Every action that you take in the game will fall in line with one of the six values mentioned above. You will be able to see the values it corresponds to when you’re hovering over the decision you’re about to make.
Alternatively, you can also improve your relationship with a particular faction temporarily by:
- Funding projects
- Make and keep a promise
- allow them to propose the next law, but you don’t necessarily need to approve it
It’s worth remembering that these three steps mentioned above are just temporary fixes, and your reputation with factions in Frostpunk 2 will decrease over time, if they see that you’re not running the city according to their beliefs.
