Black Myth Wukong has a Spirit Absorb mechanic which will let you harness the power of a powerful enemy that you have slain. When equipped and used, it will let you shapeshift into the slain enemy momentarily allowing you to get its abilities and stats.
With over 80 bosses and elite enemies in the game, it can be daunting to find all the Spirits that you can absorb in the action-adventure game. The Spirit form usually comes from Yaoguai Chiefs who leave behind a blue orb when taken down.
You can then absorb this, albeit you have unlocked the Blessed Gourd upgrade after talking to the mysterious master in Snake Trail.
Here is a list of all the Spirits in Black Myth Wukong and how you can acquire them.
