How to get and use a Blue Moon Totem in Fisch’s latest update
The Blue Moon Totem is a rare item that has been introduced to Fisch with the new update. You use this item to summon a server-wide Lunar event, which will unlock hidden bunkers that contain exclusive rewards, along with helping you complete the Blue Moon bestiary in both the First and Second Seas.
To have access to the Totem, you will first need to make your way to the Second Sea. Once there, head to the following coordinates: X = 1133, Y = 105, Z = -560.
You will reach Lushgrove Island, and from here you will need to take the path going left near the Shipwright NPC and head behind the Angler’s Hut. You will now need to cross the connecting bridge and follow the stone path that leads upwards.
Now look for the slanting bridge that is next to the Sporey Mom NPC, who is sitting near a small hill. Now make your way up the bridge, and you will eventually make your way to the Blue Moon Bunker.
From here, head right and walk to the following coordinates: X = 1300, Y = 156, and Z = -551. You will now come across the Blue Moon Totem, which will cost you 500,000 E$ to activate.
When used, the Bluie Moon Totem will activate the Bluie Moon event in Fisch, along with opening the Blue Moon bunkers in both the First and Second Seas. Here are the coordinates for the bunkers in both seas:
- First Sea Bunker: X = 2704, Y = 188, Z = 2554
- Second Sea Bunker: X = 1320, Y = 156, and Z = -570
Note: You will only be able to access these bunkers during a Clear White Night. So keep that in mind when trying to access them.
How to Catch Moon Idol in Fisch

The First and Second Sea Moon idols are quite tricky to catch in Fisch’s Blur Moon update. They are very elusive, and a certain number of steps go into acquiring them both in the game.
Here are some of the steps that go into catching them both in the Roblox title:
1) Wait for a Clear Winter Night
You will only be able to catch the Moon Idols during a Clear Winter Night. So, make sure that the server’s weather conditions are ideal to spawn the fish. You can also change servers to find the one that matches the condition.
2) Unlock the Bunker Gate
Once the weather condition is set, the next step is to open the Bunker Gate with the help of a Blue Moon Totem. This will give you access to both the Bunkers in the coordinates that are stated above.
However, if you are lost, here are the exact places where you will be able to find them:
Sea | Island | Location Description | Coordinates |
---|---|---|---|
Sea 2 | Lushgrove Island | Behind Sporey Mom NPC | X = 1422.3, Y = 156.4, Z = -572 |
Sea 1 | Snowcap Island | First level between a group of trees | X = 2705, Y = 188.5, Z = 2558 |
3) Catch the Moon Idol in the Bunker to gain the Moon Idol Buff.
The final step will be to catch the Moon Idol in the respective bunkers. The fish is very hard to obtain due to its -80% progress speed, so it’s going to be much slower to catch than regular fish. You can make this process easier by using a rod that has strong Relisience and Control.
You can boost your chances further by equipping Steady and Blessed Song enchantments. Once you have caught a Moon Idol, you will gain a Moon Idol Buff on your character. The buff stays for 24 hours and has the following effects:
Buff | Effect |
---|---|
XP Boost | +50 percent XP for every fish caught |
Double Weight Chance | 10 percent chance to catch fish with 2x weight |
Moon-Kissed Mutation Chance | 5 percent chance |
Visual Effect | Shimmering effect while reeling in fish |
Note: These buffs and effects will only be applied to the specific rod that you catch the Moon Idol with. So switching rods will not carry over the effect. So if you are looking to make the most of these buff effects, keep this nuance in mind.
Other major highlights of the Fisch Blue Moon Update
Here are some of the other major highlights that you can look forward to in the Fisch Blue Moon Update:
1) Double XP Week
As the Fisch Blue Moon event lasts for a total of 7 days, you will be able to make the most of the double XP that it provides till the event ends. It’s going to be one of the best times for newer players to gain some levels in the title and catch up with the rest of their friends who are miles ahead.
Entering the Second Sea needs 250 levels, so you will want to earn as much XP as possible in the 7 days if you are far behind the level requirement for the expansion.
2) AFK Mines now gives XP
With the Blue Moon update, the AFK mines now give XP to those who use the feature. So when you are looking to get away from the screen for a considerable amount of time, you will be able to go AFK in the mines and earn passive XP along with free long, titles, and rods.
