The recipes will usually need Honey, along with a certain item as well as a fruit with the Polinated mutation on it.

The Bizzy Bear Grow A Garden guide
To make the most of the Bizzy Bear NPC, you will need to find it first. You will be able to locate the NOC next to the Queen Bee at the very centre of the map. Moreover, the bear will also have two interactive spots, one of which only accepts Honey while the other accepts a mutated fruit or an item.
The Bizzy bear questline or the recipe progression is similar to that of a battle pass tier, in the sense that you will need to complete one recipe to be able to move onto the next.
There are a total of 30 crafting recipes that you will need to complete to get your hands on all the rewards before the event is up.
