Popular Twitch streamer ‘Marlon3lg’, also known as Marlon Lundgren Garcia, has found himselves embroiled in a fresh controversy, after his associate accused him of lying to his audience.
On May 4, 2025, an individual claiming to be a former associate uploaded a video to X, claiming to expose the streamer.
In the video currently being circulated on social media, the associate claimed that Marlon3lg had a fake image that she helped create. And while he maintained a specific persona in front of the camera, they were entirely different behind the scenes.
In the video on X, they said:
“This is Marlon, and this is what I found, and I made sure that this was taken down because I was so worried for him. I helped him always have this fake image. I’ve always helped him even towards his family. I’ve helped to him to have this fake image also with you guys, you guys that watch him, that didn’t know that he’s lying to you. He’s lying to you guys. I’ve helped him lie to you guys, that he doesn’t have a relationship and that he is single, while he was doing girl content with everybody else. I’m exposing him because I have to stand up for myself.”

The individual leaking the details has shared a lot of screenshots to substantiate their side of the story. These images go on to portray an image which is entirely different than what has been seen online.
However, it’s worth noting that the authenticity of these screenshots hasn’t been verified at this point in time. Furthermore, Marlon3lg hasn’t responded to these allegations yet.
Despite the controversy and the allegations, Marlon3lg’s followers seem to be unaffected by it, but what happens to his fanbase as the days go by remains to be seen.
