After being in development for a couple of years, Jujutsu Odyssey is finally out for Roblox players worldwide. Thanks to the captivating storyline, unique combat, and memorable characters from the anime, the experience is off to a solid start on the platform.
Having said that, the game soon expects you to clear an Entrance Exam which sounds basic but is the exact opposite. There are four (not three) stages in this test to evaluate your exploration and combat skills.
The Entrance Exam is a lot harder than you’d expect it to be. To help you out, though, we’ve compiled this extensive guide on how to clear the exam by finding all the cursed seals and defeating all the bosses.
General tips for completing the Jujutsu Odyssey Entrance Exam
Before jumping to the details, you need to know these things about the Jujutsu Odyssey Entrance Exam:
- It’s advised to take this Entrance Exam with friends, not solo. The later stages involve a lot of combat and you’ll likely be overwhelmed by the likes of Jin Inumaki, Homura, and Sukuna.
- The test actually has four stages, and not three. After you complete the third stage, which involves beating Jin Inumaki and Homura, you’ll have to fight the Sukuna boss which is arguably the hardest fight in the entire test.
- Although you can take up the test upon reaching level 20, taking some time to grind through other quests and increasing your level might be beneficial. If you’re planning to do this solo, aim to reach level 30 or higher first.
- Make sure that all your skill points have been utilized before you begin the test. Considering the competition involved, you’d want to get all the buffs and attacks possible.
- Keep attacks like Cleave and Dismantle in your inventory as they can help you slice body parts of bosses like Homura and Jin Inumaki. Slashing body parts leads to these characters bleeding out naturally, reducing your burden during the fight.
- When fighting Homura and Jin, you can run out of their range to regenerate HP. This might make things slow but the bosses don’t get any of their health back so running away is actually one of the most reliable ways to beat them.
- The Sukuna boss doesn’t leave the circular arena during your fight. So, standing outside the arena allows you to regenerate health while also avoiding most of the boss’s attacks.
With these tips in mind, you can now start the Entrance Exam, and we’ll be going through each stage.
How to find three Cursed Seals in Jujutsu Odyssey Entrance Exam
First things first, turn your audio on while searching for the Cursed Seals as the game gives you audio cues to find them.
The first seal can be found on the top of the tallest tower in the game, located next to Miwa. Reaching the top could be a hassle, but it’s mostly about using your mobility skills properly on the edges of each floor.
The second seal is located behind the waterwheel and can be reached by taking a left from the water bridge. The locations of the first two seals can be found in the image below as well:

To find the third seal, head to the roof of the shrine located above Miwa.

Do note that only one seal spawns at a time and the order in which they spawn is completely random.
How to beat Semi Grade- 3 Sorcerers
Next up, you head to Todo to get the second test of the Entrance Exam. When asked what kind of woman you like, answer A tall woman like Jennifer Lawrence following which you’ll be asked to beat 25 Semi Grade – 3 Sorcerers.
At this stage of the game, you must have already faced Deliquents and Semi-Grade-3 Sorcerers aren’t any different. Just target them one at a time and dodge their initial attack to complete this challenge.
If you want to complete the Entrance Exam efficiently, you must not lose any lives until this test because the difficulty spikes significantly in the next stage.
How to beat Jin Inumaki and Homura
Principal Yaga, in the third and supposedly final test of the Entrance Exam, asks you to take out Jin Inumaki and Homura.
Jin is a fairly easy boss to take out, as you only need to block his attack and then lead him to the stairs in the arena. Homura deals a lot more damage with his fiery AoE attack but thanks to the marker, you just need to time your dash correctly to be unscathed.
Even for Homura, we recommend taking the fight to the stairs. The AoE attacks become less effective and bugged due to the imbalance in the terrain. The image below should explain this better:

As mentioned above, use moves like Cleave and Dismantle to stack up on damage over time. Also, in sticky situations, don’t shy away from running outside and healing.
How to beat Sukuna and complete Jujutsu Odyssey Entrance Exam
This one must’ve caught you by surprise if you’ve already cleared the first three tests of the Entrance Exam.
The actual last step of the exam is to beat Sukuna, a terrifying boss with three stages. The first two stages are quite easy and you’d ideally want all three of your lives saved up for the last Sukuna stage because you’ll inevitably suffer a lot of damage in it.
The first Sukuna stage has you targeting the towers the boss is on. You break the tower, the boss falls and it’s your time to deal damage. Simple!
Once you’ve destroyed all the towers, the second phase of the Sukuna boss fight begins. You might be tempted to engage in melee combat with him, but we advise staying back and only focusing on dodging his attacks. In the meantime, the silver bar under the boss’s red health bar will deplete gradually.
When the silver bar depletes completely, Sukuna will be staggered temporarily which is your cue to attack and stack up on as much damage as possible.
The third and final Sukuna stage is the real nightmare. He pops the Domain Expansion and you’ll inevitably catch a lot of damage. The only way to make things slightly better is to run as far as possible from the boss and come back to deal damage when the Domain Expansion ends.

As mentioned above, the boss is teleported back to the circular arena if it tries to catch you. So, whenever you feel overwhelmed, just head outside and wait for his stagger bar to be depleted.
This is obviously a long and tedious process but considering how difficult this Exam can get solo, we suggest prioritising a defensive and evasive approach.
Well, that’s everything to know about completing the Entrance Exam in Jujutsu Odyssey.
