How to create multiple save files in Star Wars Outlaws

The action-adventure game Star Wars Outlaws comes with various instances in-game where you’d have to make different choices, and you’d want to create multiple save files for that. Unfortunately, much like every other Ubisoft experience, you don’t get various profiles and work around with only one.

However, you can create multiple save files to check the various outcomes of siding with a faction. So, here’s how you create multiple save files in Star Wars Outlaws.

How to make multiple save files for Star Wars Outlaws

To make multiple save files for Star Wars Outlaws, you’ll have to start the game and reach the first planet of Toshara. Once you reach the planet, you’ll get the choice of manually saving the game at any point. This is where the idea comes in.

So, let’s say you have a friend who has borrowed your copy of Star Wars Outlaws, and they want to follow their progress; simply create a separate manual save which tracks and saves both the progresses separately.

You can coordinate with your friend and keep track of multiple save files and save progressions. Of course, your autosave will be overwritten, so try not to rely on them and always use the manual save files to save your progress.

So now, if you are on Tatooine, exploring and making the lives of the Hutt Cartel miserable, you don’t have to worry about overwriting your friend’s progress.

They can create a separate save file by saving their gameplay progress on another save slot and continue playing that particular save slot. I agree that creating a separate profile system like the older Ubisoft games would’ve made everyone’s lives easier.

However, this is the only way to create multiple save files and allow your friends to follow their experiences without overwriting your progress.
