How to claim Xiangli Yao in Wuthering Waves for free
Xiangli Yao will be available for free for a limited time. Complete the following criteria to unlock him from the By Moon’s Grace event:
- Reach Union Level 17 and complete Main Quest Chapter I Act III Ominous Star
- Reach a certain level of Festival Popularity in the Moonlit Fair of Jinzhou.
While Kuro Games has not stated how much popularity you actually need to unlock him, it can be assumed that it is the max level of 6. After you have achieved the popularity level, you can claim your free copy of Xiangli Yao from the event page on September 7, 2024.
This will last till the end of his banner and the patch on September 28. In case you forget to log in during this period, you will get him via mail if you log into the game within 30 days after the event ends.
How to raise Festival Popularity in Moonlit Fair in Wuthering Waves
The flagship event of version 1.2 will have you oversee the Moonlit Fair in Jinzhou. Your main job will be to raise the Fair Popularity. You can achieve this by the following methods:
- Participating in the Lodge Wish commissions daily.
- Upgrading the stalls using the Operation Fund you obtain from the fair.
Keep in mind that there is a daily limit for the Lodge Wish commissions and you will need to wait for a server reset to get more tries.
