To get Milady, you will need to reach the top of a tower. You encounter this structure right as you start exploring Castle Ensis. It is one of the early Legacy Dungeons that you find in the Land of Shadow by just heading north from the Gravesite Plains and then going over the Ensis Greatbridge.
In order to reach the Light Greatsword, you will need to:
- Make your way to the Three-Path Cross Site Of Grace. It’s the grace where you will find Freyja and the Hornsent camping beside a Miquella Cross.
- From there take the northeast route into Ensis Greatbridge. Make sure you dodge the Ballsitas as you make your way into the Legacy Dungeon.
- As you make your way across, leap over the encampment, and then you will come across the Castle Site of Grace. You will find a set of steps here, ascend it, and beat the Troll Knight blocking your way.
- Now head up the next set of stairs which is to the left. You will then find a path curving to the left, go along it, and take another left before you come upon some wooden steps built around the walls of a building.
- Take down the guards and a dog, and you will reach the top of the stairs. From there head to the western corner, where you will find a ladder that will take you further up.
- Reach the top of the tower, where you will find a chest. Interact with it to obtain the Milady Light Greatsword in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
