According to the official Wuthering Waves FAQ page, one of the more reliable ways of fixing the crashing issue will be to repair the game files. You can do this by clicking on the “Repair” button at the upper-right corner of the launcher.

1) Closing any background applications
Third-party background applications like performance boosters might be the ones causing the crashing issue. Try disabling them and logging back into the game.
2) Turn off VPN
While VPN might help you get lower latency numbers in Wuthering Waves, it’s also likely creating the crashing and black screen error. If you have this application on, then turn it off and try getting into the game again.
3) Update your Graphics drivers
