How to get the Ghostspeak Amulet and talk to the Restless Spirit in RuneScape Dragonwilds

The Restless Spirit is one of the very first NPCs that you will come across in RuneScape Dragonwilds, and you will not be able to interact with it till you obtain the Ghostspeak Amulet.

The Amulet is one of the key items that you will be able to find during exploration, and once you have it, you will be able to interact with this NPC and obtain a quest from it.

When you first try and talk to the Restless Spirit, you will not get an option to interact with it. So if you are looking for the Ghostspeak Amulet in the RPG, then the guide below will help you out.

How to locate the Ghostspeak Amulet in RuneScape Dragonwilds

Find the Ghostspeak Amulet in the Bramblemead Valley Crumbling Well

To find and obtain the Ghostspeak Amulet in RuneScape Dragonwilds, you will need to head east from the Restless Spirit and make your way into the woods. You will eventually come across a wooden bridge spanning over a small body of water.

Your goal will be to take the bridge and then keep going east till you reach Bramblemead Valley. You will find a lot of goblins in the valley along with ruined buildings and structures.

As you navigate through, you will eventually reach a stone well near some Ash trees. The well will be called the Crumbling Well, and by interacting with it, you will automatically obtain the Godspeak Amulet.

Restless Spirit quest in RuneScape Dragonwilds

You do not need to actively equip the Ghostspeak Amulet or tap on it from your inventory to use it. As long as you have this key item in your inventory, its effects will be in play, and you will be able to talk to the Restless Spirit (or any other ghost for that matter) in RuneScape Dragonwilds.

Once you have the item, head back to the Spirit and talk to them to start the “Restless Ghosts” questline. The quest will task you to find the other Restless Spirits scattered around the map and put their souls to rest.

Here are the quest hints that you will get from Warren’s Spirits:

  • “My brother lies buried in darkness beneath a southern point rising high in the sky. Find his name. Set him free.”
  • “Blades that once whirled like a tornado now lay among crumbled stone. Find the lost who dwells there. Set her free.”
  • “Choking on swamp gas. Ruined timber, mould, and splintered. Sinking moment by moment into bitter, bleak mud. Find the name of the buried, set them free.”

These hints are pretty easy, and you will need to follow them to find the following spirits in the order of the riddle given above:

  • Finn
  • Lazina
  • Kay

Below, we have shown the locations of every spirit in the game:

1) Finn’s Restless Spirit location

Make sure you have your Woodcutting Skill at level 20 or you will not be able to reach this spot.

2) Lazina’s Restless Spirit Location

You will be able to spot Lazina at the Windmill in the Temple Woods region.

3) Kay’s Restless Spirit Location

You will be able to locate Kay in a dilapidated building in the Whispering Swamp.

Once you have found all of the Restless Spirits, the next step will be to put them to rest at the Remembrance Shrine that you can find right of the cathedral in the Temple Woods region. You can find this point of interest in the image shown below.

Once you have made it here, you will need to interact with the Remembrance Shrine and select the names of the spirits to lay them to rest. So, pick the name of all the four spirits in turn (including Warren’s) and you will be able to round out the questline and net yourself the following rewards:

  • Tome of Mining – Vol 1
  • Tome of Cooking – Vol 1
