Best junglers in League of Legends Worlds 2024

With League of Legends Worlds 2024 around the corner, the MOBA’s biggest international event is set to feature some of the best junglers from regions such as the LCK, LPL, LEC, and more. The player names listed in this article are picks who are expected to have the biggest impact in the role once the competition kicks off.

7 best junglers in League of Legends Worlds 2024

1) Peanut – Hanwha Life

Hanwha Life Peanut

Han “Peanut” Wang-ho has been on a tear recently along with the rest of Hanwha Life. The veteran LCK jungler was a pivotal reason for Hanwha Life’s success in the LCK 2024 Summer Playoffs culminating in a 3-2 victory against Gen.G to lift the trophy.

Peanut’s 7th LCK title is well deserved as his immaculate set-up plays and strong team fighting has propelled his teammates to new heights. Peanut will be one of the best junglers at Worlds 2024 as Hanwha Life enters the event as one of the early favorites to win it all.

2) Canyon – Gen.G

Gen.G Canyon

Despite Gen.G’s hopes for a Golden Road ending at the hands of Hanwha Life in the LCK 2024 Summer Playoffs, Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu is one of best junglers at Worlds 2024. Canyon’s consistency and carry potential have been key reasons for Gen.G’s relatively unparalleled dominance this year.

While Canyon had a hit-and-miss Summer Playoffs run, the 2020 World Champion has the pedigree to turn up big in the important matches. Gen.G will be hoping to have Canyon at his peak form to win their maiden Worlds title.

3) Wei – Bilibili Gaming

Wei Bilibili Gaming

The addition of Yan “Wei” Wang-Wei to the starting lineup of Bilibili Gaming (BLG) has only strengthened the roster even further. There were some skeptics when Wei replaced former starting jungler Peng “XUN” Li-Xun considering BLG still placed 2nd at MSI 2024 while having a dominant record regionally.

However, Wei has provided some much-needed stability to allow Chen “Bin” Zhe-Bin, Zhuo “knight” Ding, and Zhao “Elk” Jia-Hao to carry games. Wei’s selfless and supportive nature has allowed the rest of BLG to take turns to carry games. BLG is in terrific form and is the frontrunner to restore glory to the LPL at Worlds 2024.

4) Tarzan – Weibo Gaming

Tarzan Weibo Gaming

The 2023 Worlds finalists, Weibo Gaming, have made their return at Worlds 2024 by the skin of their teeth. A huge reason for their qualification is jungler Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yong’s excellent gameplay. Tarzan has had a stellar summer after taking a break in the Spring Split.

While expectations around Tarzan are low due to his choking tendencies at international events, he will be an important piece for Weibo Gaming if they wish to replicate their success from the previous year.

5) Razork – Fnatic

Fnatic Razork

It is safe to say that Iván “Razork” Martín Díaz is the heart and soul of Fnatic. When Fnatic are firing on cylinders, you can expect Razork to be the trailblazer leading the charge. If Razork does not get off to a strong start, there are high chances that Fnatic crumble and falter.

This is enough reason to rate Razork as one of the best junglers at Worlds 2024. Razork’s early game dictates the pace of Fnatic’s gameplay for the rest of the game. It will be imperative to have Razork on strong early-game junglers to allow Fnatic to thrive in their brawl-heavy and gutsy playstyle.

6) Tian – Top Esports

Top Esports Tian

The 2019 World Champion and Finals MVP, Gao “Tian” Tian-Liang has had an interesting career trajectory ever since his rise to stardom four years ago. He seems to be getting some of that mojo back ever since joining Top Esports. Tian was the All-Pro jungler of the LPL 2024 Summer Split but failed to keep up this form in the playoffs.

Tian’s biggest flaw, much like Tarzan’s, is his tendency to choke in high-pressure games. If Tian and the rest of Top Esports can get over this hurdle, they can be serious contenders for the title.

7) Yike – G2 Esports

G2 Yike

Martin “Yike” Sundelin has established himself as one of the greatest European junglers of all time in an incredibly short span of time. While many might argue that he wouldn’t have been able to replicate the success he has had if he wasn’t on G2, it is undeniable that the Swedish-Peruvian jungler has serious talent.

Yike has continued to be a strong point for G2 Esports whenever needed. His ability to play unique junglers to throw off opponents remains valuable for the EMEA titans as they head into Worlds 2024 hoping to rewrite history on their home turf.
