The League of Legends patch 25.S1.3 preview is now live and there are a lot of changes that Riot Games is planning to bring to the MOBA in the coming week. Some of the biggest highlights of the patch are buffs making their way to Samira, Thresh, Rakan, and Swain.
Nerfs will be making their way to Galio, Swain, Rell, Thresh, and Jayce on his tank build. There will be some Swiftplay changes as well, and below is a list of some of the adjustments that are expected to make their way to League of Legends with patch 25.S1.3.

before moving ontop the list of changes it’s important to note here that Riot will be testing the adjustments out in the LoL PBE servers. So there might be differences between what is shown below and what actually makes its way to the official patch.
LoL patch 25.S1.3 Champion changes
Cassiopeia
- Q ability power ratio reduced from 70 to 65 percent.
- W ability power ratio per second reduced from 15 to 10 percent.
Evelynn
- E base damage increased from 55-115 + three percent health to 60-180 + three percent health.
- Empowered base damage increased from 75-175 + four percent health to 80-240 + four percent health.
Galio
- Base health reduced from 632 to 600.
Jax
- Mana regeneration increased from 7,6 to 8.2.
- Health per level increased from 100 to 103.
- R third hit damage increased from 70-170 to 75-185.
Jayce
- RQ damage decreased from 60-335 + 125 percent basic attack damage to 60-310 + 140 percent basic attack damage.
- MQ damage reduced from 60-310 + 120 percent basic attack damage to 60-285 + 135 percent basic attack damage.
- MW damage per tick decreased from 40-115 to 35-110.
- MR damage reduced from 25-145 + 25 percent basic attack damage to 25-130 + 30 percent basic attack damage.
Kayn
- Q base damage increased from 75-155 to 75-175.
- Rhaast Q damage remains unchanged.
Miss Fortune
- Armor reduced from 28 at base and 4.2 per level to 25 at base and four per level.
- Armor by level reduced overall from 28-99 to 25-93.
Nasus
- Passive lifesteal increased from 9-21 percent to 12-24 percent.
Quinn
- W attack speed increased from 28-60 percent to 28-80 percent.
Rell
- Base health reduced from 640 to 620.
- Armor growth reduced from 4.3 to four.
Rakan
- W cooldown reduced from 16-10 seconds to 14-10 seconds.
Samira
- E attack speed duration increased from three to five seconds.
Skarner
- Armor per level decreased from 4.8 to 4.5.
- E stun duration decreased from 1.5 to 1.1 seconds.
Swain
- Passive maximum health per stack increased from 12 to 15.
- E ability power ratio increased from 60 to 70 percent.
Teemo
- E on hit damage reduced from 14-66 to 9-65.
Thresh
- Base armor increased from 33 to 35.
- Q damage increased from 100-300 + 90 percent ability power to 100-320 + 100 percent ability power.
Viego
- Base attack damage reduced from 60 to 57.
Wukong
- W cooldown increased from 18-14 seconds to 20-16 seconds.
- E attack speed reduced from 40-60 percent to 35-55 percent.
LoL patch 25.S1.3 Systems and item updates
Attack Speed Cap
- Champion attack speed cap increased from 2.5 per second to three per second.
Bloodsong
- Melee increased damage reduced from 10 percent to eight percent.
- Duration reduced from six to four seconds.
Champion Bounties for losing team
- Required lead for champion bounty devaluation reduced by 60 percent.
- Losing team bounties fully turn off 50 percent sooner.
- When objective bounties spawn, champion bounties are fully suppressed for the losing team.
Chemtech Soul
- Below 50 percent health buff: 11 percent increased damage and DR changed to 13 percent increased damage and DR.
Cloud Soul
- Movement speed increase reduced from 20 to 15 percent.
Domination Keystones
- Electrocute: Base damage increased from 50-190 to 70-240.
- Dark Harvest: Base damage increased from 20 to 30. Damage per soul increased from nine to 11.
- Hail of Blades: Melee attack speed increased from 110 percent to 140 percent. Cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds. Ranged attack speed unchanged.
Void Grubs
- Structure damage per stack reduced from 8/4 every second for four stacks to 6/3 every second for four stacks.
- On spawn, stats for six minutes update immediately instead of at 6:04.
Zaz’Zak’s Realmspike
- Cooldown increased from 10 seconds to 11 seconds.
- Base damage reduced from 10 to five.
LoL patch 25.S1.3 Swiftplay changes
Fiddlesticks
- W champion healing increased from 25-55 percent to 35-65 percent.
- E slow increased from 30-50 percent to 40-60 percent.
Game Pacing Changes
- Minions upgrade every 60 seconds instead of 90.
- Melee/ranged minions attack damage growth now matches classic Summoner’s Rift.
- Dragon respawn timer changed from 4:30 to 5:00.
- Rift Herald spawn timer changed from 10:00 to 11:30.
- Sudden death now exists.
- At 25 minutes, structures lose 35 percent of their resistances per minute.
- At 30 minutes, targetable structures lose 3.3 percent maximum health per second.
Ivern
- E shield ability power ratio increased from 50 percent to 60 percent.
- E base damage increased from 70-150 to 70-190.
Nidalee
- Health growth increased from 109 to 117.
- Magic resistance growth increased from 1.45 to 1.75.
- Q spear minimum damage increased from 70-150 + 50 percent ability power to 70-170 + 55 percent ability power.
Yorick
- Summons damage to Turrets reduction increased from 50 percent to 70 percent.
Zoe
- E base damage increased from 70-230 to 85-245.
- Cooldown reduced from 16-12 seconds to 14-12 seconds.
URF Changes
- Increasing Attack Speed Cap
League of Legends patch 25.S1.3 release date
LoL patch 25.S1.3 will be released on February 6, 2024. It’s expected to make a lot of changes to the professional meta as well ahead of the playoffs that every league will be heading into next month.
