As mentioned, to start the quest you will need to make your way to the Donglu Research Station. So teleport to Huanglong-Port city of Guixu Nexus and then head northeast.
You will come to some ruins and inside a destroyed building you will find the NPC standing behind a cannon. Talk to them and begin the Explosive Spear Tip Testing Challenge.
How to complete the Explosive Spear Tip Testing Challenge in Wuthering Waves
After talking to the NPC, start the challenge by interacting with the cannon right infront of you. The goal is to shoot the targets with explosive sper tips and rack up some points.
Here are some tips to keep in mind to get the best possible outcome in the mission:
1) Take “projectile drop” into consideration
The spear tips have a sort of arching animation. So the farther away the target, the more will the tips drop before reaching it.
For targets that are at the very end of the shooting range, place your crosshairs a bit above them before pulling the trigger. This will make sure that you hit your target.
2) Be wary of the targets that have a red line across them
From time to time a different target will pop up which glows red and has a red line cutting across it. These targets cannot be shot down and will block your line of sight. Wait for them to go before starting to shoot again.
