Debates around the question of whether Goku can be easily defeated by certain anime characters has been a thing for years. Surely Goku can beat up most anime characters face-to-face if he fights them. It is now more relevant due to his newfound powers as UI Goku.
But what if we dropped the character in a different anime world? Where the rules of Dragon Ball do not work, the respective anime applies its own world rules. Let us take a look at some anime where UI Goku can be easily defeated.
Every anime where UI Goku is easily killable
Death Note

We think everyone saw this one coming, so we will get it off right away. Discussions and mindless debates about Goku vs Light Yagami are not something new. But it has always been about head-to-head fights.
Things can change if we look at it from the perspective of Goku existing in the World of Death Note. Instead of facing off each other head to head, Light will have a significant upper hand if we take his quick thinking into account.
Of course, there is the fact that Death Note works on humans, but Goku is not a human. The same cannot guarantee that it won’t work on Saiyans. So it is a very plausible assumption that UI Goku can be easily defeated in the world of Death Note.
One Piece

This one might rustle some feathers, as there’s no way, UI Goku, someone who has cosmic-level powers, can be beaten by the mere powers of a Devil Fruit user. But over time, we have seen the One Piece universe expand. Giving a new dimension to the powers and abilities of characters.
If UI Goku were put in the present timeline of One Piece, then there are situations where he would absolutely face defeat. Considering we are at a point in One Piece where powers are becoming more and more abstract. Take a look at Luffy’s Nika form, he can literally bend the rules of reality.
Sure, UI Goku is the strongest form the character has ever achieved, and it allows him to achieve some incredible feats. But he can be easily defeated when compared to powers that literally use rules that we see in cartoons.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

You might be wondering what a regular high school anime girl is going to do about an alien that can destroy planets. Well, for those of you who don’t know, let me introduce you to one of the most bizarre high school anime ever.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya follows the regular high school anime tropes through the lens of a male student. We are also introduced to characters from various fantastical spectrums, such as aliens, espers, and time travelers. But surely none of them stand a chance against UI Goku.
What can easily defeat him is a God that has the power to warp reality at will. That’s exactly what Haruhi is, except she is oblivious to her own powers. This also makes her extremely dangerous since she has no idea about the scale of her own powers.
If she really hates someone, the person might find himself imprisoned in a never-ending time timeloop or something worse.
Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure

There is nothing abstract about powers in Dragon Ball’s universe. Characters fight each other, one gets beaten, and they come back later as a much stronger foe. This cycle keeps repeating to the point where characters can now wipe out whole planets.
While that kind of power may work on a surface level in the world of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. Over time, the series has made itself distinct from just becoming another franchise about power scaling.
The more you progress through the Jojo parts, the more you get to see abstract powers and rules. Stuff that would make sure characters like UI Goku are easily defeated.
Whether it be Giorno’s Gold Experience Requiem, which can trap his enemies in an infinite loop. Or Pucci’s Made in Heaven, that he can use to accelerate time, eventually resetting the whole universe. There’s no way any Dragon Ball is getting out of these fights.
One Punch Man

We admit that this one is a bit of a bland pick. One Punch Man is once again an anime about superpowered characters facing off against each other. Everyone is oblivious to the fact that the most powerful character in the world is a bald guy.
Earth is constantly threatened by demons and monsters as well as powerful alien races. But nothing seems to be a problem for the guy who can solve it all easily using his fists. All tropes that are very similar to Dragon Ball.
So it makes absolute sense that someone like UI Goku can perhaps be easily defeated in the world of One Punch Man. Surely, Goku is very strong, but we have not seen Saitama pushed to a point where he is getting hurt.
The most we have seen him is when he actually starts having fun with the fight. Not to forget that we haven’t seen the full potential of the roster of heroes in the series either.
Tengen Toppa Guren Lagann

Tengen Toppa Guren Lagann is a very good anime about mechs in an alternate fantasy world. At first glance, the show does not have anything that hints at powers that can take on cosmic beings. It’s an anime that focuses on its own story about humans rebelling.
As opposed to a show like Dragon Ball, where the main characters can destroy planets and fight each other at the speed of light. What if we tell you that those characters are merely insignificant compared to the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann?
Definitely the most obtusely hilarious fact about The Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann mech is that it is larger than the universe. It dwarfs galaxies; the mere existence of Saiyans and Gods from the Dragon Ball universe does not matter because of how insignificant they are.
World’s End Harem

This one is a personal and fun entry; it might sound ridiculous if you don’t know anything about the show. But honestly, you will see the vision once we explain what World’s End Harem is about. Also, answer to question as to why UI Goku can be easily defeated in this world.
Actually, UI Goku will literally die in the world of World’s End Harem. The anime follows an individual who wakes up in the distant future. He finds out that almost all of the male population is gone. This occurs due to a virus infection that is lethal specifically to males.
We have already seen Goku at the brink of death because of a virus. Trunks from the future had to come back to the past to literally administer the drug that would cure him. There’s no future Trunks in World’s End Harem to save him this time. UI Goku will simply cease to exist in the world of World’s End Harem
