As you make your way through The Outer Worlds 2, you will be able to start collecting Tossball and Pitchball cards as part of the “A Collection of Rogues” collectible quest from Fiona F. Walker. There are a total of 15 that you will be able to collect, and they are located all over the map.

What do Cards do in The Outer Worlds 2?
When you pick up a Tossball or Pitchball Card, you are immediately granted permanent upgrades to your stats in The Outer Worlds 2. These stats will usually include a damage buff, increased Max HP, Toxicity Threshold, higher Critical Chance, and more.
These are really nice upgrades to have on your character, which is why you might want to round this quest out and get all the cards as soon as possible.
How do you start collecting Cards in The Outer Worlds 2?
As mentioned, the Tossball and Pitchball cards are tied to the “A Collection of Rogues” collectible quest that you obtain from Fiona F. Walker. You will find the NPC on the second floor of the Saloon in Free Market Station.
You will have a total of 15 cards to collect, and once you have them all, apart from the stat boosts that the provide, Fiona will also unlock her heavily guarded room, and unlock all the secret wares as purchasable items in ther shop, Card Collector’s Curios.
