How to get Euporia Twinblade in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

The Euporia is considered one of the best unique weapons for Faith builds in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. It was one of the many armaments that were originally cut from the base game, however, FromSoftware has reintroduced it with the expansion.

What makes the Euporia such an amazing weapon is the unique mechanics that it comes with. While it has the traditional movesets of a Twinblade, it’s capable of storing up charge as it hits enemies.

It can reach a maximum of two levels of charge with each level having a different effect on the Ash of War, Euporia Vortex. At level two, the Ash of War throws out beams of hard-hitting light rays that can melt through enemies. It’s a lot like a Faith version of a Comet Azure.

However, obtaining the weapon is a bit tricky and you will have to reach the end game of the DLC to acquire it. Here is a guide on how you can easily acquire the Euporia Twinblade in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

How to easily obtain the Euporia Twinblade in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

To get your hands on Euporia, here are a few steps that you will need to follow:

1) Unlock Enir-Illim

Spiral Rise Site of Grace (1)

As mentioned, the Twinblade is locked behind endgame content. You will need to gain access to Enir-Ilim by defeating Romina, Saint of the Bud. You will find the boss in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh and after taking them down you will be able to unlock the Church of Bud Site of Grace.

There you will find a sealing tree. Upon interacting with it, you will get the option to burn it with Messmer’s Kindling. However, if you do not have the item you will need to beat Messmer the Impaler to get it.

So make sure you have taken down one of the hardest bosses of the DLC, otherwise you will not be able to progress further.

Once you have used the kindling to burn the sealing tree, there will be a small cutscene and you will be directly transported to Enir-Ilim.

2) Head to the Belurat Tower Settlement from Spiral Rise

Enir-Illim

As you explore Enir-Illim you will eventually come across the Spiral Rise Site of Grace which is at the very center of the area. From here you will need to backtrack till you reach an enemy infront of a set of stairs summoning light spells all around.

The stairs down to your left till you reach an edge where you can drop down to more stairs below. Jump down and then head in till you find another ledge where you can do some platforming.

This is the trickier part, but make sure to hug the sides of the building and keep making your way down. Don’t forget to collect item drops as you go.

use the ledges to reach Euphoria

As you reach the lowest ledge, keep heading southeast and you will eventually find a drop onto a tower. Jump down and after a series of jumps and a couple of enemies you will find an archway into a chapel.

Make sure to get the jump right, and as you land at the chapel, you will find yourself in the Belurat Tower Settlement, which is at the lower parts of the castle.

3) Take a series of lifts to a large door

Big door leading to Euphoria

Make your way out of the chapel and you will see a large scorpion spawning. Beat it and then head right till you reach a lift. Take it down and keep going down that path to fight some enemies.

From there take another flight of stairs down which will have a horned warrior, and past him, there will be another elevator. Take that further down and you will come across a long passage leading to a big door.

Interact with the door to open it and you will find the Euporia Twinblade inside.

Once you take Euporia to +10 it will then have B scaling in Faith making it one of the best Faith weapons in the DLC. However, what sells it for both PvE and PvP is the passive and the Ash of War.

The more you hit enemies with the Euhoria the more it will build up charge. It stacks the charge up to two levels increasing its base damage. At 0 charges if you hit Euporia Vortex then your character will just spin the Twinblade around dealing damage.

If you use it at a level 1 then while spinning the blade light projectiles will come out that do minimal damage. At level 2 those light projectiles are much more in number and hit like a truck.

It has the same damage potential as that of a Comet Azure and can do massive damage to all bosses in the DLC if they take it at point-blank range. Hopefully, FromSoftware doesn’t nerf it in future updates.
