Be it close-range or mid-range, the gun’s viability was over the top. In Call of Duty: World at War, the MP40 was undoubtedly the most used weapon because it was easy to unlock.
M16 (Modern Warfare 2019)
During Warzone’s reign in 2020, another weapon that stayed as broken for a long time was the M16. Its burst fire mode instantly killed the opponent player because it’s easy to land headshots with a three-round burst.
The gun was mostly popular in the Verdansk map, and the developers later nerfed it because it was became the only weapon that players wanted to use.
