Pokemon Legends Z-A Battle Club features explained

Pokemon Legends Z-A comes with a competitive battle mode called the Battle Club. where you will get to go up against up to 3 other players. The mode will also let you go up against your friends locally or challenge anyone that you come across online.

Battle Club is the more multiplayer aspect of the RPG, and the guide below goes over everything that you need to know about it.

How does the Battle Club system work in Pokemon Legends Z-A

As mentioned, the Battle Club is the more competitive mode in Pokemon Legends Z-A, where you will get to go up against other players. Participating in these matches will also help you increase your ranks from Z to A if you want to take a break from the Royale system

Here are some of the things that you will want to keep an eye out for when booting up the Battle Club:

1) 3 main PvP game modes

When it comes to the PvP modes, you will be able to play the following:

  • Casual
  • Ranked
  • Private

So you can either choose to play a casual game with a stranger or have a private match with a friend. You will also be able to boot up ranked matches to further your trainer rank from Z-to-A

2) Most points in 3 minutes win

The person who scores the most points in 3 minutes during a Battle Club match wins the round. You will be able to score points by depleting the life of active enemy Pokemon.

3) Multiple Pokemon are allowed during a match

During a Ballte Club game, you will be able to bring in multiple Pokemon and switch between them at will.

As the enemy will not be able to score points off of you if they do not completely knock out your Pokemon, you will want to switch them out as soon as they reach critical health.

4) Loss leads to a respawn

When any of your Pokemon is defeated by the enemy, you will then respawn at the starting point. You will then be able to re-enter the battle with all of your Pokemon fully recovered.

5) Collected items provide power-ups

You will often find items floating around during battle. Picking them up will allow you to grant your Pokemon some power-ups. These power-ups can also include mega-evolutions
