The Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace is set to go live alongside the Operation New Blood update. This feature was in it’s beta stages since it’s first launch on January 30, 2024, and will see a full release alongside the new season.

Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace release date
The full release for the Marketplace in Rainbow Six Siege will happen on June 11, 2024 after the Year 9 Season 2 Operation New Blood update has gone live as mentioned by the developers on their livestream.
Although the game does have multiple cosmetic options available, not all of them will be available for trading via the Marketplace.
How to access the Marketplace in Rainbow Six Siege
To access the Marketplace in Rainbow Six Siege, you’ll have to meet the following criteria:
- Rainbow Six Siege account clearance level 25.
- Two-factor authentication enabled on your account.
If you meet the following requirements, you will be able to access the Marketplace from within the game itself. In case you don’t have access to it yet, you will have to ensure that you meet the criteria mentioned above, because there’s no way to bypass the requirements.

You will be able to trade the following items in the Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace:
- Weapon Skins
- Headgear
- Uniforms
- Attachment Skins
- Charms
- Operator Portraits
- Card Backgrounds
- Drone Skins
- Gadget skins
Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace rules
Here are the rules that you need to adhere to if you want to trade on the Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace:
- In-game cosmetics can be bought from the Marketplace if they’ve been listed by someone.
- The offers can remain active for a period of 30 days after which they get taken down automatically.
- For every transaction, Rainbow Six Siege will charge a 10% fee in the form of R6 Credits. This means that If you sell an item for 1000 R6 Credits, you will only receive 900 as Ubisoft will charge the 100 (10%) as a transaction fee.
- Orders can be canceled before they get completed with a transaction. However, items with completed orders that were traded shall not procure a refund or be cancellable.
- Orders are created and resolved on the basis of the time that they were created or modified. This means that players who create orders first will get them resolved first.
