The First Descendant is finally stepping into its first season and will see the arrival of brand-new content in the form of Inversion Reinforcement systems and the Invasion activity.
To prepare for this new update, the developers will be taking down the servers for around 6 hours before the servers are back up again. So, here’s everything you need to know about the Season 1 server downtime on August 29.

What to expect in The First Descendant Season 1 patch 1.1.0
The 1.1.0 Patch on August 29 will introduce a new Descendant Hailey, alongside a brand new storyline and new activities for the season.
Apart from that, the developers will also introduce a brand new origin storyline for Freyna, and her Ultimate variant. This season will be divided into two major updates; the first being scheduled for August 29, while the final one will be scheduled for October 10, as revealed by the developers.
The First Descendant Season 1 update will also see the arrival of two new Ultimate weapons, out of which one will be available through the new Battle Pass, while the other one will have to be farmed in-game.
This new season will be available for 3 months before we move ahead into the next season. The size of the patch isn’t available yet, but considering that it’s a new season, it’s probably going to be larger than the hotfixes we’ve seen so far.
