As you make your way through the story in Clair Obscur Expedition 33, you will meet a lot of friendly Nevrons along the way, one of them being Tisseur the Sewing Nevron. These Nevrons will usually give you a side quest, completing which will reward you with certain items, which may include Lumina, weapons, or even weapon upgrade materials.
While, generally, it’s a good habit to not attack these friendly Nevrons and complete their quests, we cannot suggest the same for Tisseur.
You meet the Sewing Nevron in the Sirene region of the map, and it will come across as a very peaceful NPC who will not attack you if you do not initiate combat with it.
If you can choose to leave Tisseur alone during your initial encounter, the Nevron will become a real headache for you during the region’s final boss encounter.
Should you attack or ignore Tisseur the Sewing Nevron in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
You should attack and defeat Tisseur as soon as you meet the Sewing Nevron for the very first time in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. This is because the Nevron will then go on to become very problematic during the region’s final boss encounter, Sirene.
If you spare Tisseur, Sirene will then bring the Nevron into the fight, and you will have to go up against both of them. While Tisseur may have been friendly to you at first, the Nevron will now be hostile and provide Sirene with four shields at the very beginning of the encounter.
Both of them together can be quite annoying to deal with, especially if you have not made the highest DPS builds for your party.
So, to make things easier, it’s best to attack and defeat Tisseur when you meet the Nevron. As the Nevron eventually ends up hostile by the time you are done with the region, make sure to take Tisseur out of the equation right away.

What rewards does Tisseur drop in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
Killing Tisseur will allow your party to get their hands on two really cool items in Clair Obscur Expedition 33:
- Anti-Charm Pictos
- Tisseum
The Anti-Charm Picto is extremely important in your fight against Sirene. This is because Sirene has an attack that will charm your entire party. Once charmed, your party will instead attack each other instead of attacking the enemy. It’s one of the more annoying status effects to deal with in the game, which can easily wipe out your entire team in one round. So take out Tisseur, get this Picto, and then unlock it for all characters before the Sirene fight.
Apart from the Picto, the next cool thing that Tisseur drops in the game is the Tisseum weapon for Maelle. It’s a great armament for making a defensive build on her, and is ideal for breaking the enemy guard. Guard broken enemies are stunned and take additional bonus damage from all sources.
So if you want to have an easier time taking our Sirene, take out Tisseur before the boss encounter.
