As you make your way through the various chapters of Wuchang Fallen Feathers, you will come across Upgrades for your Mana Vase, which will improve the amount of healing that your flask will do. Finding these is key to improving your survivability in the game, and no armor set or the most potent of spells will help you go far if you are not healing back most, if not all, of the damage that you take
To maximize your chances of survival during exploration and boss encounters, you will want to get your hands on as many Forgotten Remembrance and Lost Remains as you can. So, if you are looking to completely max your flasks out, then the guide below will help you out.
What are Mana Vase upgrades in Wuchang Fallen Feathers? Forgotten Remembrance and Lost Remains explained
As mentioned, these upgrades are buffs that you provide your Mana vase to increase the amount and number of healings that it can provide. There are two materials in particular that you need to upgrade your flask in Wuchang Fallen Feathers:
- Forgotten Remembrance: Increases your Manna Vase charges.
- Lost Remains: Increases the amount of health that’s restored per use.
Once you have the required number of items for the next upgrade, you will be able to unlock the next flask lever by heading into the Imetus Repository, which is the skill tree. Here, you will need to look for the skill nodes represented by the flask icon, and then just click on them to activate the node.
You can further upgrade the node multiple times, or refund all the upgrades that you have made in your skill trees. Resetting the upgrades will also refund any materials that you might have invested in it.

You will be able to access this after taking down the Mistress of the Night boss and then venturing onto the next area, where you find the elevator shaft. You will then notice a tunnel down below, which has a pendulum spike trap. Now drop down to the ledge, which is on the right-hand side. Keep following it to the next area till you find the Used Mortar Wu Gang item and a Bamboo Shoot. To start, you will need to speak to the imprisoned NPC who can be found a little ways past the Bride’s Boudour fast travel point. Talk to the NPC, and from there head back to the Shaft Entrance Shrine and head back to the tunnel with the pendulum spike traps. Now, instead of dropping down, you will need to head down the passageway and past the spikes and keep going till you see boulders falling from an upper level. When the boulders stop, make your way to the end of the corridor and drop down into a pit. You will now have reached the barricaded room in Bride’s Boudoir, which contains the chest. | Lost Remains |

| Manna Vase upgrade #2 | This Mana Vase upgrade is found near the Avian Marsh. To reach it, you will need to head down the cavernous section that separates the Marsh from the Avian Dwelling. You will find a Lantern-weilding Monk at the end and your goal will be to take it done. Like with finding the previous upgrade, make sure you have stalls with you to prevent or mitigate Despair. Once you make it past the initial set of enemies who are looking to throw you off the trail, you will reach the interior. Here, look for a ledge that will allow you to drop down to the central area. It’s close to the previous chest; however, it’s in a blocked-off part of the Pavilion, and to reach it, you will need to take the path that goes around it. So, take on the enemies on your way to the main pavilion from the rooftop. Then take the ladder there, which leads to the chest in the barred section. |
