You can look to Reroll in Wuthering Waves if you’re seeking to get your hands on your favorite character as soon as you start the game. However, the process is extremely complicated and takes a variety of steps to successfully pull off.
It’s not recommended for those who are new to this genre of action games and you should only be pursuing Rerolls if you really want to get your hands on a particular 5-star.
However, if you’re adamant about going through with it, below are the steps that you will need to follow.

How to Reroll in Wuthering Waves
To be able to Reroll in Wuthering Waves you will first need to make a lot of dummy email accounts. As the game does not allow a “Guest Login” system, having multiple email IDs is the first requisite.
Once you have made the necessary preparations you will then need to:
- Log into Wuthering Waves with the new email ID.
- Go through the Prologue mission which will take about 35-45 minutes to complete.
- After you are done with the Prologue you will now need to exhaust all your pull to see if you are getting your desired character.
- If you don’t get it with this profile, you can then log out and log in with another Email ID to follow the process all over again.
How to complete the Prologue in Wuthering Waves
To reach your first pull you will need to complete the Prologue. It’s the tutorial phase of the game which you cannot skip and it will take you about 35-45 minutes to complete.
To complete the Prologue you will need to:
- You will need to chase after Chixia and Yangyang as soon as you wake up in a strange place and meet them.
- Yangyang will soon join your party right after and you will then meet Baizhi and then fight the Crownless which will teach you all the combat mechanics.
- Once you beat the enemy you will then talk to Jinhsi’s projection and then make your way to Jinzhou. Make sure to beeline to the area and not waste time in exploration if you are serious about Rerolls.
- Once you reach Jinzhou, Chixia joins your party and you continue with the main narrative to reach the City Hall to meet Sanhua.
- From there you make your way to the Huaxu Academy and after a brief conversation with Mortefi, Convene is unlocked and you will be able to start pulling.
However, make sure that you have redeemed all the pre-registration rewards from your email so that you can get multiple pulls.
Should you Reroll for weapons in Wuthering Waves?
It’s not a good idea to Reroll for weapons in the game or even look to invest in the weapons banner in the early game. This is because your lower rarity weapons will be more than enough to carry you through the initial stages.
The weapon banner comes into play when you are in the late game, and even then your combat skills are more important than the weapons you carry. Wuthering Waves rewards skill over all else.
So mastering something like the parry system will make things much easier than getting your hands on rare weapons.
Additionally, you will be able to select one free 5-star standard weapon upgrading your Union Level (can eb done only once). So we do recommend not pulling the standard Weapon Banner for now.
Is Rerolling worth it in Wuthering Waves?
Rerolling is worth it if you are adamant about getting your hands on the first limited character in Wuthering Waves. However, in the grand scheme of things the system is not recommended and we will not be advising it for most players.
Here are some of the reasons why you should not be investing so much time and resources in the Reroll system:
1) It’s incredibly time-consuming
Making new email IDs and then continually going through the prologue is a very time-consuming process. It can be extremely frustrating as the pull rates in Wuthering Waves are pretty low. It’s 0.8% for a 5-star character, hence you might have to waste an entire day just to get the desired pull.
2) You are guaranteed a 5-star from the Novice Convene
Kuro Games has made it so that you are guaranteed a 5-star Character within the first 50 pulls. You will also get another 5-star of choice within the next 80 pulls.
So even without investing in the Reroll system, you are guaranteed to have two 5-star Characters from the initial stages of the game.
3) Launch events will give you a lot of pulls
The Wuthering Waves Launch events offer a lot of Lustrous Tides, so you can get a lot of pulls by just progressing in the game, exploring the map, and completing the various challenges.
