The 2025 version of ARURF and Arena will soon be making its way to League of Legends in Acts 1 and 2 of Season 1. The modes have been some of the most popular in the MOBA‘s history and many in the community have been excitedly waiting for their return.
Fortunately, the modes are going to be released pretty soon with ARURF set to go live in January and the Arena mode set for March.
Below are all the details that we know about the 2025 version of the two modes in League of Legends.
When is ARURF 2025 coming in League of Legends?
ARURF will be releasing on January 23, 2025, and it will be available throughout Act 1 of Season 1. It will be interesting to see the changes that Riot makes to this year’s version of the game mode, especially with all the updates they have introduced to the Rift with the start of the Noxus season.
ARURF or All Random Ultra Rapid Fire has been a crowd favorite for many seasons now. The temporary mode features next to no cooldowns on abilities and as all champions that you get assigned are random, chaos usually ensues on the Rift.
When is Arena 2025 coming in League of Legends?
The 2025 version of the Arena mode will be going live with Season 1 Act 2 in March 2025, however, there is yet to be any exact release date for it yet.
This is going to be the third time that the mode is going to return to the MOBA and will remain live for the entirety of Act 2. These are some of the changes that you can expect to hit this year’s version of Arena:
- New Noxian Arena
- Guests of Honor (New system): Players vote on which famous Noxian alters the game’s rules
- New items and augments
