Dual wielders and colossal weapon users will especially find it helpful as they will not have to constantly rely on the Greenburst Crystal Tear in their Wondrous Physick.

2) Crusade Insignia Talisman

The Crusade Insignia Talisman will raise your attack power by 15% for 20 seconds after killing an enemy. It will be one of the best choices for clearing content in the open world, as the damage boost will let you clear out mobs much faster with your AoE abilities.
However, the item is a bit tricky to get. To obtain it you will need to make your way to Belurat Tower Settlement. Head to the large circular courtyard with trees in the middle. You will be invaded by Fire Knight Queelign.
Take down the NPC, and you will automatically obtain the Talisman.
3) Rellana’s Cameo Talisman

You will find a flight of stairs going up, take it, and go around the cliff till you reach a ladder. Use the ladder to head to the upper level of the tower. Once you reach the top, take a left to find another ladder.
Climb up to the uppermost level and you will find a treasure chest right infront. Interact with it to pick up the Arrow’s Soaring Sting Talisman.
Note: The Arrow’s Soaring Sting cannot be equipped alongside the Arrow’s Reach Talisman, but can be equipped alongside the Arrow’s Sting Talisman.
5) Outer God Heirloom

For builds that rely a fair bit on Arcane, this Talisman is a must-have. The Outer God Heirloom will boost your Arcane by 5 which is a significant amount, allowing you to reach thresholds to wild certain weapons that were introduced with the DLC.
