Eisheth is the second Qadištu member after Na’amah whom you face as a main story boss in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance. She is only available in the Canon of Vengeance storyline and you will find her near the Container Yard Leyline in Da’at Shinagawa.
Her Physical affinity is incredibly high, and she weaves in poison during the fight, as it allows her to maximize the damage of her Unqie ability, Voracious Salvation. It’s an HP drain attack and she can use it to completely replenish the amount of health that she has lost in the fight.
Eishth can be incredibly challenging, and if you do not have a reliable party setup, she can wipe your team in one round.
Here is a guide on how you can make the Eisheth encounter significantly easier in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance.

How to beat Eisheth in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance
1) Make sure to have Physical Dampeners
Eisheth primarily deals Physical damage. So it’s not recommended that you head into the fight without any Physical Dampeners.
You will probably not get a demon who comes with Phy Block at this stage of the game, hence, you will have to rely on the item. however, unlike the other Dampeners, you cannot buy Physical from Gustave.
This is a very rare resource that you find by exploring Da’at. You can either find it in treasure chests, by interacting with Quest Navigator points of interest, or by defeating enemies. A fair bit of RNG is involved, and we suggest that you save up on it before you reach Eisheth.
When the Qadištu boss gathers Magatsuhi, she will execute a Physical-based attack in the next turn. In most cases, it will be Voracious Salvation.
Use a Physical Dampener before your turn ends, so that you can block the incoming attack and waste her press turns.

2) Have demons with Me Patra or stock up on Amrita Soda/Showers
Eisheth’s Toxic Cloud into Voracious Salvation combo is extremely dangerous. She can even one-shot the Nahobino with it even even if she uses the move outside of Omagatoki: Critical.
So always keep Amrita Sodas, or better yet, Amrita Showers on hand. You will be able to use the latter to remove the Poison effect from all allies.
Additionally, having one demon in your team with a Me Patra will be crucial. if you do not have a good reserve of Amrita Shower, the Demon can use Me Patra to cleanse poison off of all teammates.
3) Boast a party that has good heals, buffs, and debuffs
Axel Claw can be devastating. This is why you will need to have good healers on the team as well as support demons who will de-buff the enemy. Eisheth emphasizes having the right party balance, so make sure that your team has all the necessary skills to make this encounter easier.
Best demons for beating Eisheth in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance

Best Support:
- Mothman
- Poltergeist
- Tao
Mothman is a great pick for the fight. The demon comes with Gale Charge which does medium Strength-based Force damage, and gains Me Patra, once it reaches level 30. Mothman also resists Poison, so he will likely not be affected by the status ailment.
Poltergeist has Masukunda which will lower Eisheth’s Accuracy/Evasion. This means that she will likely miss out on her Toxic Cloud and Axel Claw attacks once she has this debuff applied to her twice.
Tao will improve the party’s defense with Marakukaja making it harder for Eitsheth to one-shot you. These buffs are a must if you are looking to have an easier time in the fight.
Best Healers
- Tao
- Principality
- Anahita
Tao has media that can heal your entire party. Principality and Anahita have Diarama which recovers a medium chunk of HP for 1 ally. On top of that, Anahita has Rakunda, which will lower Eisheth’s defense allowing you to deal more damage.

Best Damage
- Mothman
- Nahobino
- Nezha Taizi
Mothman has Gale Charge, while Nezha Taizi comes with Zanma. Both these abilities deal medium Force damage. As Eisheth is weak to force, these two are going to be the best damage dealers for your team.
Another great DPS threat can be the Nahobino. If you are going mage on them and have gotten Zanma and put points into Force Mastery Miracles, then he can do a significant amount of damage to the boss.
Once you get the strategy right, you will have an easier time beating Eisheth, however, this is not going to be the last time you encounter the Qadištu boss in Atlus‘ RPG.
